Mohammed founded Titan Geotechnical Engineering to give the Antelope Valley a local geotechnical firm that works the way homeowners and design professionals actually need: responsive, plain-spoken, and accountable. Every report Titan issues is prepared under his direct responsible charge and carries his stamp.

Why Titan, and why here

The Antelope Valley is growing — new homes, ADUs, warehouses, solar projects, and public infrastructure — but for years, owners and designers have had very few local options for geotechnical work. Projects waited on firms based "down the hill," and homeowners struggled to get a straight answer about what they needed and what it would cost.

Titan exists to fix that. Mohammed works in the valley, knows its soils — the collapsible desert alluvium, the lakebed clays, the caliche, the fault zones along its southern edge — and knows the people who review the reports at the City of Lancaster, the City of Palmdale, and Los Angeles County. [NEEDS FROM MOHAMMED: optional: personal connection to the Antelope Valley — e.g. lives in Lancaster, years in the area]
