Liquefaction & resistivity
Liquefaction analysis for mapped seismic hazard zones, and electrical resistivity testing for grounding design on solar and utility projects.
Plan reviews & plan-check responses
Geotechnical review of your grading and foundation plans for conformance, and point-by-point responses to agency review comments.
Percolation & OWTS
Perc testing and onsite wastewater system design for unsewered parcels, coordinated with your site plan.

Local agency fluency
Most Antelope Valley projects go through one of three review paths, each with its own expectations for geotechnical submittals. We prepare reports for the agency that will read them:
- City of Lancaster — Building & Safety plan check and grading review.
- City of Palmdale — Building & Safety and engineering review.
- Los Angeles County — Public Works Building & Safety and Geotechnical & Materials Engineering review for unincorporated areas (Quartz Hill, Littlerock, Lake Los Angeles), plus Public Health Environmental Health for OWTS.
- Kern County — for Rosamond and eastern Kern County projects.

Common questions
How long does a geotechnical investigation take?
For a typical residential project: fieldwork is usually a single day on site, laboratory testing takes roughly one to two weeks, and the stamped report follows after the lab results are in. Commercial and public-works projects scale with the number of borings and the analyses required.
Titan's typical turnaround from site visit to stamped report: [NEEDS FROM MOHAMMED: typical residential report turnaround, e.g. X–Y business days]. If you have a plan-check deadline, tell us up front — we'll say plainly whether we can meet it before you sign anything.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Titan's reports are prepared under the responsible charge of, and stamped by, Mohammed Khalid, MS, PE — a licensed California Professional Engineer (license no. [NEEDS FROM MOHAMMED: California PE license number]). You can verify any California engineering license on the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG) license lookup at bpelsg.ca.gov.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Lancaster and work throughout the Antelope Valley: Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Quartz Hill, Littlerock, Lake Los Angeles, and the surrounding unincorporated areas of northern Los Angeles County. If your project is outside the valley, call us anyway — we'll tell you if we can serve it well or refer you to someone who can.
